You only get one chance with concrete. When we plan a Polished Concrete floor, we follow these 5 key steps to ensure the very best result:

  1. Concrete Mix We discuss the options with you (colour, aggregate, sealer, decorative cuts, environment etc.)

  2. Quotation Once you’ve chosen your mix, we prepare a quote based on your finish specifications. This also outlines what work will take place and gives a full description of the procedures to be carried out.

  3. Acceptance Our quotation is always “signed off” on acceptance and before any work begins. This ensures we have a detailed contract that states what we require from the Client, Builder or Main Contractor and most importantly what they should expect from us.

  4. Contractors briefing Contractors are then briefed and advised of the specifications for laying, cutting, grinding and polishing.

  5. Workflow & timeline Appropriate times for grinding, polishing and sealing are scheduled. This ensures that each process is done at the correct time. It is very important that everyone involved follows the correct procedures to maximise the quality of the finished floor.
